Who is responsible

Langwieder Global Solutions (LGS), Dubai, runs the Market Entry Planner. Each planner belongs to a workspace (LGS itself, or a company LGS licenses it to), named at the top of the planner. That workspace decides what happens with the details you give it and is the one who contacts you. LGS runs the app for it.

If you use the planner

The short answer needs nothing from you. For the full plan you give your name, your email, and if you want your company, phone and country, and you agree that the workspace contacts you about the plan. The plan you asked for is kept with them: where you looked, what you need, the places you picked and the total. To stop floods, your internet address is kept only as a one way code that cannot be turned back into the address. If you ask for the free introduction, your name, email, company and plan go to the workspace's sales pipeline (LGS Growth Engine) and the workspace gets an email about it.

If you have a sign in

Your email, your name, your password (kept scrambled, nobody can read it), your authenticator set up, the workspaces and role you have, when you sign in and how long you use the app, the pages you open, your device type, and a log of what you change (for example a price or a lead's status).

Why

To show you the plan, let the workspace answer you, keep the app secure, show the workspace who changed what, and tell LGS which parts of the app are used. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for other marketing, and no AI reads your data.

Where it is kept

In the European Union, Frankfurt (database and servers), encrypted when stored and when sent. The alert email goes through Resend, an email service working for LGS.

How long

Your details as a planner visitor are kept while the workspace works with you, until it closes your lead or you ask for them to be deleted. A sign in and its usage are kept while you have access. When a workspace leaves, LGS deletes it and every record in it.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or get a copy of it, at any time. Write to solutions@langwieder-global.com. Deleting removes your details and plans everywhere in the app, and LGS tells the workspace to delete you from its pipeline too. With a sign in, you can change your name and password yourself under My account.
